Commented Unassigned: MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. [12040]

I'm trying to get pcsxr to work on my computer, but I'm running into an error stating that MSVCR100.dll is missing from my computer. After looking for a bit, I found that MSVCR100.dll relates to Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Redistributeable. After installing both the x86 and the x64 versions of it, I still run into this error. I'm also having a hard time finding this stuff because it keeps redirecting me to pcsx2 instead of pcsxr.
Does anyone know what is going on here, and how I can fix it?

Although this does prevent the errors from popping up, I get a "configuration not OK!" whenever I click OK on the config screen that follows. I'm 90% sure I have all the plugins I need
