You can try pcsxr with wine. I know it works on wine but i don't know how well it works with the shaders.
On wine pcsxr needs to be called from the directory pcsxr is in or the plugins will not load up.
.cd /home/username/Downloads/pcsxr-97809
wine pcsxr.exe
