Commented Issue: Driver 1 - emulator crash [12047]

After i failed on the first mission on Driver 1 game, every option that i select (like: "try again") cause the emulator to crash.
This is now affecting the PAL version of the game.
Latest source commit was used.

Plugins:
Graphic - PeteOpenGL2Tweak
Sound - P.E.Op.S 1.10b
Pad - Lilypad
Bios - latest PAL bios

I updated to Windows10 and with SolisX release the issue is gone.
Maybe it is related to the release or to Windows10. But I guess, it is SolisX release. :)
