I'm using pcsxr r69887 on x86_64 Archlinux system.
Crash Bandicoot Warped is completely unplayable with my analog gamepad Trust Transparent GM-1520T. In every place in game there is an effect of constant up and left direction buttons pressing, so it is impossible to do anything useful even in menus.
There is no such issue in CB2, for example.

Yeah I am not able to reproduce either with original BIOS.
Try different setting and with just keyboard.
